Our Director
Mr. Luke Meehan
Founder and Managing Director and an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.
Known for his strategic insight, measured judgment, and compassionate approach, Luke provides clients with clear, practical advice during some of life’s most challenging moments. He combines strong advocacy with a calm and solutions-focused approach, helping clients navigate complex legal and personal matters with confidence.
Luke was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce. Early in his career, Luke worked as a Junior Clerk at one of Sydney’s leading family law barristers’ chambers, where he gained valuable exposure to the practice of both senior and junior counsel and developed a strong foundation in advocacy and litigation strategy.
Having dedicated his career exclusively to family law, Luke has extensive experience advising clients across all areas of family law, including divorce, parenting disputes, domestic and international relocation matters, complex property settlements, spousal maintenance, and Binding Financial Agreements, including pre-nuptial agreements. Luke regularly represents clients in mediation and other dispute resolution processes, with a focus on achieving timely and practical outcomes wherever possible.
As the leader of Rosewood Law, Luke is committed to delivering thoughtful, responsive, and high-quality legal representation. He prides himself on providing clear communication, strategic guidance, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.
